Job Description
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy Solana programs (smart contracts) for trading engines, liquidity pools, and reward systems.
- Optimize code for minimal compute usage and ultra-low transaction fees.
- Write secure, auditable, and thoroughly tested Rust code.
- Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to define seamless contract interfaces.
- Research and implement new DeFi features and mechanisms.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on Solana smart contracts in production.
- Expert-level Rust skills (ownership, concurrency, async patterns).
- Deep Solana knowledge (Sealevel, CPI, PDAs, Token Extensions).
- Experience with similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of DeFi primitives (AMMs, perpetual futures, margin/liquidation).
- Proven track record of writing secure code and participating in audits.
