As our Business Analyst, you live at the intersection of data, product, and customers. One morning you're untangling a customer's messy dataset and teaching a Supaboard agent to understand their business. That afternoon you're digging into why activation dipped, or building the dashboard that helps close a deal.

If you love turning fuzzy business questions into clean, defensible answers, you'll feel right at home.

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand their data, their real questions, and what "good" looks like for them.
• Train and sharpen Supaboard's domain-specific AI agents so they speak each customer's business language.
• Write SQL, model data, and build dashboards that turn raw sources into decisions.
• Dig into our own product analytics (activation, retention, usage) and turn what you find into recommendations the team can act on this week.
• Help customers onboard, connect their data, and hit their first "wow" moment fast.

• Be the voice of the customer inside our product and engineering conversations.

• 0 to 2 years in a data, analytics, BI, consulting, or analyst role. Strong internships and side projects count.
• Comfortable with SQL, and hungry to get a lot sharper.
• Real business sense. You see a number and instinctively ask "so what?"
• A clear communicator who can explain analysis to people who don't live in spreadsheets.
• Curious, self-directed, and genuinely comfortable with ambiguity. It's a startup.
• Excited about AI and where analytics is heading next.

• Hands-on with a BI tool (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and the like).
