📍 Work Setup: Hybrid
Office Locations: Cebu IT Park and Clark Freezone Port, Pampanga
Luzon based hire = Temporary remote to Hybrid at Clark Office
Visayas based hire = Onsite at our Cebu office for 3 months to Hybrid
Mindanao based hire = Onsite at our Cebu office for 3 months to Hybrid
🕒 Schedule: US Central Time (Evening shift in PH time)

⚡ Your Day as a Human Resource Business Partner at Vivant
No two days are the same — but every day, you make an impact.
- Support the HRBP in HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks for our global employees
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with global labor laws, particularly Philippine and U.S. regulations, and company policies
- Manage employee records, contracts, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Assist in timekeeping, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
- Assist with performance evaluations, employee feedback, and PIP tracking
- You will support performance evaluations, employee feedback, and PIP tracking
- Organize employee engagement activities and support company culture initiatives
- Assist the HRBP with contracts, workforce strategy and policy alignment
- Assist HRBP with labor compliance and processes for independent contractors
- Process with HRBP on BIR transactions and other relevant tax-related requirements
- Any Ad Hoc tasks assigned by management

🎯 What We're Looking For --
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience covering core HR functions such as Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compliance, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Policy Development, and HR Operations
- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Training focus profiles will not qualify
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in:
- HR Policy Development
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation
- Knowledge Base Documentation
- Process Improvement and Optimization
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience managing:
- Payroll Administration
- Timekeeping and Attendance Management
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience supporting or partnering with U.S.-based clients, stakeholders, or organizations
- Proven experience in:
- Performance Management Systems
- Compensation Structures and Employee Performance Reviews
- Strong working knowledge and practical application of:
- Philippine Labor Laws
- Statutory Compliance Requirements
- Employee Relations and Labor Relations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Tech-savvy and highly adaptable, with proficiency in:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Teams
- Canva
- Other modern workplace productivity tools
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience handling:
- BIR transactions and government compliance processes
- Tax-related documentation and statutory filings
- Experience supporting organizational growth, scaling HR processes, or building HR frameworks from the ground up
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Confident partnering with leadership teams and influencing business decisions through sound HR practices
