Highsnobiety is looking for a Senior Designer to join the Creative team in Berlin, working across a diverse range of client, agency, and brand projects. This role is for a designer who is conceptually strong, visually confident, and able to take ownership of projects from idea through execution.
You will report to the VP Creative, Design, and play a key role in shaping creative output across multiple work streams. You will be expected to contribute strategically, elevate visual quality, and mentor more junior designers while remaining hands on in design execution.
Your Mission
- Lead design projects across client and agency work, with occasional support of brand initiatives
- Translate creative strategy and briefs into strong visual concepts and systems
- Own layout, typography, and visual language development across platforms and formats
- Design and oversee execution across digital, print, motion, spatial, and experiential outputs as required by the project
- Contribute to client facing presentations and visual storytelling
- Collaborate closely with creative direction, strategy, production, and project management
- Ensure a high level of craft, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables
- Provide guidance, feedback, and informal mentorship to junior designers
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and creative quality

- 5+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within an agency or fast paced creative environment
- Strong conceptual thinking paired with excellent execution
- Advanced skills in layout and typography
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Motion skills are a strong plus
- Confidence presenting and explaining design decisions internally
- Ability to balance creative ambition with practical constraints
- Agency experience preferred
