Salary Range: €5,500–€6,000 gross per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and monitoring systems to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production services.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices, enjoys automating infrastructure and deployment processes, and is eager to contribute to the stability and continuous improvement of our infrastructure.

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and continuous operation of infrastructure and production services.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications (Docker).
• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, streamline workflows, and resolve production issues.
• Monitor system and application performance, analyze metrics, and proactively identify potential bottlenecks.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Configure and maintain centralized logging systems and ensure efficient log collection and analysis.
• Administer Linux-based infrastructure, databases, and networking components.
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent Russian language proficiency is required.

• English proficiency at the Intermediate (B1) level or above, sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience with centralized logging solutions, including Elasticsearch, Fluentd, and Kibana (ELK/EFK stack).
• Experience working with Git and version control workflows.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Experience administering and supporting databases.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
