Role Description

We're looking for a CRM, Email & Promotions Manager to own our customer engagement strategy across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotional campaigns.

In this role, you'll design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that increase user engagement, retention, and trading activity. You'll manage customer segmentation, automate user journeys, coordinate promotional calendars, and deliver personalized communications across multiple markets.

You'll work closely with Product, Marketplace, Design, and Customer Support teams to launch campaigns, optimize performance through A/B testing, and use data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business results.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms. Experience with SendPulse is highly preferred.
  • Ability to build, edit, and deploy email campaigns using HTML. A solid understanding of responsive email HTML/CSS is required.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to create and optimize marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience creating and optimizing email, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or SaaS is preferred.
