Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer at Nextline Homes. The role involves editing and assembling video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, platform walkthroughs, and social media. The team member will create motion graphics and visual assets that communicate complex property and rental concepts clearly and engagingly. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams, interpreting creative briefs, organizing footage, color grading, adding sound and visual effects, and ensuring brand consistency across all video deliverables. The role also entails optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining an organized asset library, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, including experience working with raw footage and assembling polished final cuts.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across all video content.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design animations, titles, overlays, and other visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent editing and design software).
- Ability to interpret creative direction, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific best practices.
- Effective remote collaboration skills, including clear communication, time management, and comfort working in a distributed team.
- Relevant experience in real estate, proptech, or digital product environments is beneficial; a degree or certificate in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English is a plus.
