Job Description


We are an independent German digital marketing agency with proprietary technology. We see Paid Search not as an isolated discipline, but as an integral part of modern growth strategies.


We can employ you locally through our established employment partner, with a local employment contract and payroll.


As a Senior PPC Manager, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for sophisticated Paid Search accounts for well-known clients across different industries and international markets.


You will develop future-ready strategies for established search platforms, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and continuously improve performance through structured testing, automation, and advanced campaign management. You will also explore emerging opportunities across AI-driven advertising environments, including ChatGPT and other platforms.


You will work closely with our clients and international specialists, contribute your expertise to the development of best-in-class standards, and actively help shape our Paid Search and AI advertising offering.


You will join an international, remote-first environment with genuine ownership, direct client impact, and the freedom to turn your ideas into measurable results.


As we work closely with major companies in Germany, the UK, and other international markets, professional fluency in both German and English is essential for this position


Tasks

  • Take end-to-end ownership of complex, high-budget Paid Search accounts across multiple markets and platforms.

  • Develop advanced, data-driven Paid Search strategies aligned with commercial objectives and measurable business growth.

  • Turn complex performance data into clear recommendations, prioritised actions, and continuous optimisation.

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and identify new opportunities for profitable growth.

  • Lead strategic presentations, workshops, and pitches while contributing to best-in-class standards across our Paid Search practice.


Requirements

What you bring



  • At least five years of hands-on experience managing complex Paid Search or PPC accounts, ideally in an agency or international environment.

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and a strong understanding of how bidding, tracking, conversion journeys, landing pages, feeds, and commercial objectives interact.

  • The ability to analyse complex data, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and translate insights into clear strategic actions.

  • A confident, consultative approach to working with clients, including the ability to challenge assumptions and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • A structured, proactive, and highly independent way of working in a remote environment.

  • Full professional proficiency in both German and English is essential.
