Overview

Nomad Elite is seeking a highly capable Sales & Marketing Growth Operator to work directly with the CEO in scaling our international relocation and residency services.


This is a high-impact role focused on growth, marketing, and offer development, combined with hands-on support in content creation and client engagement.


You will not be replacing leadership. The CEO remains the main strategist and final decision-maker. Your role is to help execute, develop, and amplify growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and product design.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, commercially minded, and capable of turning ideas into structured, high-converting services and content.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Offer Development

  • Collaborate with the CEO to design and improve service packages
  • Develop new product features
  • Identify new target audiences and market opportunities
  • Support pricing, positioning, and conversion strategy improvements

Compensation
