Overview
Nomad Elite is seeking a highly capable Sales & Marketing Growth Operator to work directly with the CEO in scaling our international relocation and residency services.
This is a high-impact role focused on growth, marketing, and offer development, combined with hands-on support in content creation and client engagement.
You will not be replacing leadership. The CEO remains the main strategist and final decision-maker. Your role is to help execute, develop, and amplify growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and product design.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, commercially minded, and capable of turning ideas into structured, high-converting services and content.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Offer Development
- Collaborate with the CEO to design and improve service packages
- Develop new product features
- Identify new target audiences and market opportunities
- Support pricing, positioning, and conversion strategy improvements
- Turn client feedback into new services and upsell opportunities
Sales & Client Support
- Assist in preparing and structuring client consultations
- Support client calls when needed (notes, summaries, follow-ups)
- Help improve consultation flow and conversion rates
- Assist in resolving client questions and service challenges

Content & Media Production
- Appear on camera for YouTube content and interviews
- Organize and participate in filming sessions with clients, partners, and entrepreneurs
- Conduct interviews with business figures, entrepreneurs, and public personalities
- Support content scripting, hooks, and storytelling structure for videos
Marketing Support
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and content ideas
- Help structure video content for the Nomad Elite YouTube channel
- Contribute to messaging, positioning, and brand storytelling
- Support lead generation initiatives through content and outreach
Ideal Candidate
- Communicates confidently in advanced to near-native English
- Feels comfortable on camera and in interviews
- Understands marketing, sales psychology, or business growth
- Is proactive and able to think beyond task execution
- Has experience in sales, marketing, content creation, or business development
- Enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation
