About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs that power our innovative recruitment platform. Your expertise will contribute to building robust, secure, and high-performance backend solutions that support our mission to revolutionize hiring processes globally. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient services that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional backend development experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
• At least 3 years of hands-on PHP development experience, with a strong portfolio of production-level projects.
• Deep understanding of MySQL, including relational database design, query optimization, and database management.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, and S3.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, cross-functional team.
