🚨 WE ARE HIRING: Creative Director + Senior Scriptwriter (D2C Performance Marketing) 🚨

I’m looking for a rare breed of creative talent to join us fully remote (India) and help scale our D2C brands—Noorly (Laundry & Household Care) and Hovio (General Commerce / Trending Products)—toward the ₹100 Cr milestone.

But let me be very clear from the start:

  • I’m not looking for someone who only writes scripts.
  • I’m not looking for someone who only throws out "ideas".
  • I’m not looking for someone who only manages designers and editors.

I’m looking for a high-ownership leader who can effortlessly wear three hats:

  1. Think like a Creative Strategist: Analyze Meta ad data daily (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA) to understand exactly why creatives win or fail.
  2. Write like a sharp Scriptwriter: Punchy, high-converting direct-response copy and UGC scripts.
  3. Direct like a seasoned Creative Director: Lead a hungry squad of 2 Video Editors, a Copywriter, a Graphic Designer, and an Influencer team to ship high-quality volume daily.
🚀 What the Role Demands

This isn’t about making "pretty" ads; it’s about making ads that convert. You will own the complete creative strategy and build a ruthless execution roadmap:

  • High-Volume Direction: Direct the production of 6 video ad creatives and 4–5 static ad creatives daily across both brands.
  • Data-Led Iteration: Close the feedback loop every single day. Take winning hooks, angles, and offers, and spin them into rapid new creative tests.
  • Brand & Content Alignment: Plan Instagram campaigns, aesthetic feeds, influencer briefs, and high-retention UGC content to lift customer trust and long-term brand recall.
  • Velocity: Improve creative quality, testing speed, and overall ROAS every single day.
🧠 Who You Are
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience working directly with a fast-growing D2C brand. (Note: Agency-only experience is unlikely to be a fit unless you have run intense, performance-led D2C accounts).
  • Obsessions: You dream in Hooks, Retention rates, Ad psychology, Direct-response copywriting, and Creative testing frameworks.
  • Execution: You have a proven track record of managing content teams, thinking deeply, and executing fast.
