The Role

This is a hands-on Campaign Executive position where you’ll be building and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that support business growth.


You’ll be working closely with sales and commercial teams, as well as external agencies, taking responsibility for campaign setup, execution and optimisation.


  • Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, including email, workflows and lead nurture journeys
  • Use Clay and similar tools to support data enrichment, targeting and campaign delivery
  • Work with commercial teams to ensure campaigns generate consistent, high-quality pipeline
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs and continuously optimise campaigns based on results
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and ensure campaign activity is properly tracked
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time


What we’re looking for

  • Around 2 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign-focused role
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly in campaign execution and automation
  • Experience using Clay (or similar tools) for data enrichment and targeting is highly desirable
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
  • Confident working closely with sales or commercial teams


Nice to have

Any exposure to supply chain, B2B tech or SaaS environments would be a big advantage, but not essential
