Job Description
This role works closely with the site HR Manager to implement people-focused programs that support business performance, including talent planning, hiring, compensation, and organizational change. The position partners across HR and with site leadership to provide practical and strategic business-aligned support to managers and employees.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + 4% Bonus
**Relocation Package is Available for Regional Candidates**
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate workforce needs based on business cycles and help build capabilities to meet operational goals
- Support recruiting efforts and advise managers on compensation decisions
- Oversee leave programs, including FMLA, in coordination with external vendors
- Deliver training and tools to strengthen managers’ leadership and people management skills
- Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll, and salary administration processes
- Align HR priorities with business objectives while balancing broader HR initiatives
- Promote a positive employee relations environment and address workplace concerns
- Encourage continuous improvement and foster a culture focused on growth and accountability
- Support change initiatives, including adoption of new technologies and learning approaches
- Contribute to engagement, culture, and inclusion efforts
- Partner with operations leaders to develop onboarding and training programs that ensure smooth employee integration

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- 3–5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, coaching, and development
- Experience working across teams and influencing stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust priorities as needed
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in HR operations, compensation and benefits, and talent management
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Effective communicator with strong facilitation and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build trust at all levels
- Highly organized, analytical, and process-driven with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus
