The Role & Scope

This is a 100% remote position open to top-tier international security professionals capable of delivering elite training to our diverse cohorts. This hands-on, practitioner-focused program bridges core offensive/defensive disciplines with the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven cyber operations.

What You’ll Lead:

• Core Security Instruction: Deliver engaging online lectures and real-world lab sessions covering Web/Network Security, OWASP Top 10, VAPT, Incident Response, SIEM, and OS Security.
• The AI Security Frontier: Integrate AI-focused content, including Prompt Engineering, LLM Security Risks (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs), and AI-powered Security Automation using tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Lab-Based Mentorship: Guide students through simulated attack/defense scenarios using industry staples: Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus, and Splunk.
• Certification Coaching: Support adult learners preparing for critical industry benchmarks (Security+, CySA+, CEH, PNPT, eJPT, OSCP, CISSP).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of professional industry experience as a Penetration Tester, SOC Analyst, VAPT Specialist, or comparable role, plus 1+ years of training or mentoring experience.
• Instructional Capability: Demonstrated ability to deliver lab-based instruction to adult learners (submission of 3 recorded sample classes may be required during evaluation).

Language: Elite, fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Tech Stack Proficiency:

• Tools: Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus/OpenVAS, Splunk
• Concepts: VAPT, Incident Response, SIEM, Linux/Windows administration.
• AI Integration: Practical familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering for security workflows.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Active industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, PNPT, OSCP, CISSP).
• Familiarity with Cloud Security concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
