AI Model Assessment Specialist

• Payout: $22 - $70 per hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a AI Model Assessment Specialist to work on a contractor basis. This individual will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. With no prior experience in AI required, domain knowledge is what matters, making this a unique opportunity for experts from various fields. In the AI industry, expertise is crucial for developing accurate and reliable models, and this role will play a critical part in that process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and critique the performance and accuracy of AI-generated content across various domains, providing detailed and constructive feedback to inform AI model improvements and refinements.

• Analyze complex datasets and assess model outputs for clarity, factual correctness, and alignment with project goals, identifying patterns, anomalies, and subtle nuances in AI-generated responses.

• Deliver high-quality, real-world input to inform AI model training and refinement, ensuring that models learn and perform effectively in real-world scenarios.

• Collaborate with other experts to create high-quality training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve how AI models perform.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and adapt to new technologies and methodologies as they emerge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and identify patterns and anomalies.

• Excellent reading comprehension and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.

• Experience with digital collaboration tools and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills, with the ability to ensure that all work is accurate and meets high standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
