As Head of Field Marketing, you will act as a business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, driving pipeline growth and integrated marketing programmes across France and globally. You will translate market dynamics and business objectives into field strategies that create measurable revenue impact.
Your impact at Brevo:
- Define and own the regional field marketing strategy for France, aligning with global teams on brand, digital, paid media, email and events
- Drive the operational coordination of integrated marketing campaigns globally, acting as the connective tissue between Field, Customer Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing and Marketing Foundations to ensure alignment and execution
- Lead and develop a team of field marketers, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture across regions
- Translate business objectives into integrated marketing programmes — combining events, digital, ABM and content — with clear pipeline and revenue impact targets
- Own the regional marketing budget, track ROI and report on pipeline contribution to senior leadership
- Drive ABM strategies in close partnership with Sales, targeting key accounts and strategic verticals
- Build brand awareness through speaking opportunities, sponsored events, local partnerships and client advocacy
- Act as a true business partner to Sales leadership — co-owning pipeline targets, building joint go-to-market plans, and holding yourself accountable to revenue outcomes, not just marketing activity
