Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) - Japanese Client Liaison & Technical Translation

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnam development team, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
• Analyze business requirements from Japanese clients and translate them into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Participate in meetings with Japanese clients to gather requirements, clarify technical issues, and provide regular project progress updates.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure project requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly.
• Support the resolution of technical issues and propose suitable solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Mentor and guide team members on development processes, coding standards, and Japanese business culture.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation in Japanese for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above, with strong communication skills.
• At least 1.5 year of experience working as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE)/Software Engineer (SE)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology stack (Java, .NET, PHP, C/C++, Python, Node.js, React, etc.).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn new technologies.
