Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnam development team, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
- Analyze business requirements from Japanese clients and translate them into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
- Participate in meetings with Japanese clients to gather requirements, clarify technical issues, and provide regular project progress updates.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure project requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly.
- Support the resolution of technical issues and propose suitable solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Mentor and guide team members on development processes, coding standards, and Japanese business culture.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation in Japanese for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above, with strong communication skills.
- At least 1.5 year of experience working as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE)/Software Engineer (SE)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology stack (Java, .NET, PHP, C/C++, Python, Node.js, React, etc.).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn new technologies.
