Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
Automation | Playwright | .NET | Fully Remote (Australia)
Active | Business Fitness is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - someone who thinks like a software engineer first, and happens to specialise in building quality into modern software.
The kind of person who doesn't manually repeat the same task twice.
The kind of person who instinctively writes a script, automates the process, and leaves things better than they found them.
If that sounds like you... keep reading.

- Build and expand Playwright automation across a growing SaaS platform.
- Create reliable UI, API and integration tests that engineers actually trust.
- Work alongside developers to improve coverage, reliability and release confidence.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
- Help improve testing frameworks, tooling and developer workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development as part of your day-to-day engineering toolkit.
