We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team and help support the growth of our design department.
Our company provides marketing services for multiple clients around the world, giving this role the opportunity to work on a wide variety of brands, campaigns, websites, and digital products.
This is a hybrid design role that combines marketing design with product/UI design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating visual assets for campaigns while also designing clean, user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, tools, and digital platforms.
This is a fully remote position based in Costa Rica, with occasional visits to our San José office for team meetings or important company activities.
🎯Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces, web pages, landing pages, banners, emails, and other digital assets while following brand guidelines and web best practices.
- Work on a variety of marketing design projects, including social media, email marketing, advertising campaigns, direct mail, web design, and graphic design.
- Support product and UI design work for internal tools, websites, and digital platforms.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of websites, ensuring high visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Create responsive designs that work well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and development teams to deliver polished and effective digital experiences.
- Prepare design files, assets, and specifications clearly for developers and other team members.
- Translate prototypes or designs from Figma or PSD files into launch-ready, responsive HTML/CSS when needed. This is considered a plus.

🧩Requirements
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates web design, digital design, marketing design, and visual design skills.
- 2+ years of experience in web design, UI design, digital design, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Figma.
- Good understanding of web design standards, responsive design, and browser capabilities.
- Ability to design responsive, cross-browser, and cross-platform compliant pages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high design quality across different types of projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and communicating clearly with the team.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
