About the role

We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help build the core WorkorAI product.

You will work across the platform: frontend, backend, database, product flows, candidate profiles, hiring workflows, and AI-powered matching experiences.

This role is a strong fit for an engineer who likes ownership, moves fast, and is comfortable shipping product features end-to-end in an early-stage startup environment.

What you will do

• Build product features from database schema to frontend UI

• Develop backend logic, API routes, and application workflows

• Work on candidate profiles, developer onboarding, and hiring flows

• Improve AI interview, profile parsing, and matching-related product experiences

• Implement clean forms, validation, error states, and loading states

• Optimize database queries and improve product performance

• Ship quickly, test carefully, and improve based on real user feedback

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience

• Strong TypeScript skills

• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js

• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and backend data modeling

• Ability to build and ship features independently

• Strong written communication for remote collaboration

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage product

Nice to have

• Experience with Prisma

• Experience with Zod

• Experience with Tailwind CSS

• Experience with AI products, LLMs, or agent workflows

• Experience with testing tools such as Vitest or Playwright

• Previous startup experience
