Job Description
Do you want to work with state-of-the-art electronic production and help shape the future of cleaner maritime transport? Are you passionate about driving innovation in a collaborative and supportive environment? Then we would love to hear from you.
At Everllence, we are committed to tackling the big challenges posed by climate change. We are a global market leader in energy-efficient and fuel-flexible large marine engine systems. Our mission, “Moving Big Things To Zero,” inspires us to develop cutting-edge technology for the maritime sector. Our goal is to enable global shipping to run on carbon-neutral fuels derived from renewable energy sources, such as methanol and ammonia.
About Electronic Production Engineering
Electronic production engineering is part of the Automation platform & Security department (one of four departments). We are developing high performance engine control platforms. The platform controls the largest marine engines in the world. The production engineering department consists of 10 engineers within the production engineering and production test development field, including IPC specialists. We collaborate closely and value knowledge sharing across roles and experience levels.
The Production Engineering team oversees electronic production at EMS factories in Asia. We operate with strict IPC Class 3 requirements and perform annual audits to ensure compliance and consistent quality.
We also develop plug-and-play test equipment and software for end-of-line testing, covering both PCBA testing and functional module-level testing and programming.
In cooperation with several other R&D functions, we take part in the development of a product across the full lifecycle—from early ideas and requirements to prototyping, production maturation, and ongoing support and monitoring.
Our current test platform is based on LabVIEW, Teststand and Cascon boundary scan, and we use Git for version control.
