As Recruiter, you will:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and closing.
- Design and continuously improve hiring processes that create an exceptional candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and keep hiring moving quickly and efficiently.
- Partner with executive leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical and non-technical talent.
- Build recruiting pipelines and help scale multiple teams from the ground up.
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive process improvements.
- Champion the company's culture and employer brand throughout the hiring process.

Who we’re searching for / About you:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring top technical talent.
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations and rapidly scaling teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make sound decisions with limited information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Logistics
Salary: $180,000–$240,000 annually plus equity
