What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer with solution design skills to join our growing Data Cloud Practice. You will work closely with our blue-chip banking clients.
This role will be located at our head office in Sydney, Australia. Relocation package provided.
Please note: NZ Citizenship or right to work in Australia is required.

- 7-10+ years of experience across data engineering, cloud computing or data warehousing
- Strong expertise in Snowflake
- Solution Design experience
- Solid DBT experience
- Strong AWS cloud experience
- Strong data modelling experience & ETL processes
- Strong expertise in SQL
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions.
- Strong stake holder engagement skills/experience
Highly desirable:
- Consulting experience
- Experience with Fivetran, Matillion
- CI/CD, Airflow experience
- Experience with Python
- Relevant certifications (SnowPro etc)
