Are you an expert when it comes to the ServiceNow IRM platform? Do you have a track record of supporting IT/Business stakeholders through change delivery processes? Can you build relationships and influence outcomes, balancing between a trusted advisor and an independent challenger?
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to:
• support business stakeholders and their teams in translating business requirements into ServiceNow IRM technical requirements,
• document the technical requirements in standard system,
• contribute expertise to shape the IRM solution customizations,
• help to decide whether out of box vs customised solution is needed to address business requirements,
• report the progress and communicate with stakeholders,
• help to drive ServiceNow platform change / migration from GRC (on prem) to IRM (cloud).
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow / IRM implementation
• strong strategic, judgement and integrative thinking skills, risk management & control knowledge
• proficient with software delivery tools, such as GitLab and ServiceNow, and reporting tools such as Power BI
• confident communicator that can explain business requirements to IT stakeholders and their engineering teams,-and influence their outcomes
• capable of understanding our client needs and translating this into products and services
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
• ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
Languages:
English: C1 Advanced
