€90,000–€130,000 + equity

I’m working with an early-stage, VC-backed AI healthtech startup in Munich that is building a preventative health screening platform using smartphone-based signals.

The company is developing technology that can help detect health biomarkers through face, voice, eyes, typing behaviour, motion data and other mobile inputs. The broader vision is to make preventative screening radically easier, more accessible and scalable.

They are now hiring a Founding Senior Full Stack Engineer to work directly with the founding team and help shape the product, architecture and technical direction from an early stage.

This is a high-ownership role. You will not simply be picking up tickets. You will own product features end-to-end, build backend and customer-facing web services, influence technical decisions, and help create the engineering foundations for a company with significant ambition.

What they are looking for:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience with Python and FastAPI
• Modern frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Next.js
• Previous startup, founding or high-ownership product environment experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC, automated testing and CI/CD

• Ability to take ownership of product features from idea through to production
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to work onsite in Munich

Helpful extras:

• Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, banking, fintech or insurance
• Mobile development experience, ideally Flutter
• Cloud infrastructure experience, ideally GCP
