Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences? We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote role supporting hiring efforts across global regions. In this fast-paced position, you'll coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, manage offer letter processes, maintain recruiting data, and help ensure a seamless hiring experience from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys solving problems, managing priorities, and making a meaningful impact on the hiring process. This 6-month contract offers pay at $21.53 per hour and the chance to gain valuable experience supporting a world-class recruiting organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be part of a team of coordinators providing support to APAC, EMEA, and AMER, with the ability to support any region or business area, depending on need
  • Schedule and reschedule interviews across any level, business area, or geography; provide immediate support when interview issues arise
  • Manage offer letter preparation, QA, extension, and signature processes for all countries
  • Communicate directly with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a consistently positive experience for job seekers, regardless of region, business area, or level; escalate issues as needed
  • Review offer letter templates and process documentation, and recommend updates or improvements
  • Understand the various hire types (New Hire, Rehire, Internal Transfer, Contractor Conversion, etc) and follow the correct process for each
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked
  • Advocate for improvements to team processes to make the team more efficient, effective, and globally consistent
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and professional communication when handling complex situations to ensure a smooth recruiting experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Constantly evaluate and adjust priorities to balance urgent and non-urgent requests as you execute a queue of assigned work
  • Respond to the candidate accommodation request with empathy, care and compliance with legal guidelines
Requirements
  • 1+ year of successful experience within an administrative/support function in a similarly fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • High attention to detail with proven organizational skills is a must
  • Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service
  • Handled confidential information with discretion
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Must take initiative and demonstrate excellent judgment when making decisions and solving problems
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
  • Adaptable and consistently contributed positively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
