Cyber and Tech Recruiter

Our client, a well-known financial institution, is actively hiring a Recruiter to join their team. This role will be fully remote.

*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits offered!*

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified cyber and tech candidates to meet their staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS
• Provide updates to the project team

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting
• Prior experience recruiting for cybersecurity or tech candidates
