Job Description

About Market Defense

Market Defense is a full-stack commerce agency that builds beauty and lifestyle brands across every channel where modern consumers discover, consider, and buy.

Our marketing practice spans the full ecosystem: Amazon paid media and brand strategy, Meta and Google paid social and search, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, retail media, and global marketplace expansion across 15 countries.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Seattle, we have partnered with 100+ beauty and lifestyle brands and supported $400M+ in GMV across our portfolio. Our clients include founder-led independents and globally recognized prestige names - connected by one thing: a need for marketing that builds the brand and drives the business at the same time.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the SVP of Client Delivery, the Growth Manager will own day-to-day Amazon account management and revenue growth for a portfolio of prestige brands.
