About Apartment Factor
Apartment Factor is a boutique marketing agency built around one niche: multifamily housing. We work with apartment communities, developers, and property management companies — primarily in the Twin Cities, with an expanding footprint beyond — helping them build brands, launch websites, run campaigns, and create leasing-focused marketing that actually performs.
We're a sharp, tight-knit team earning real traction in this industry. We move fast, we care about the work, and we're in a growth phase that we're intentional about. This role is part of that next chapter.
About the Role:
We're looking for a full-time Brand & Web Designer to take ownership of the creative behind our clients' brands and websites — concepting, designing, and seeing projects through from first idea to final delivery. You'll also pitch in on production as a part of the role — social graphics, campaign assets, print collateral, and short-form video.
This is a small, hands-on team, and the role reflects that: real creative ownership paired with real production work. We're looking for someone who's genuinely energized by both.
This is a fully remote, salaried role. Twin Cities candidates are preferred, as occasional in-person collaboration and property visits are part of how we do our best work.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of logos and full visual identity systems for multifamily brands
- Own website concept, design, and UX from initial direction through final build
- Design responsive websites for SquareSpace and WordPress, with strong attention to conversion and user experience
- Present creative concepts directly to clients and speak confidently to the thinking behind them
- Bring an independent creative perspective to brand and web projects
- Collaborate with the team on broader marketing strategy as it relates to brand and digital presence
- Support production needs — social graphics, print collateral, digital campaign assets, and short-form video
- Collaborate with the team on creative concepts and campaign strategy

Why Apartment Factor?
AF has found its footing in multifamily marketing — and we're growing with intention. You'll work across a variety of client projects, contribute to brands being built from the ground up, and be part of a team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously.
This isn't a role where you disappear into a queue. You'll have visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to grow with us.
