Cyber Software Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

We need someone who can lead teams and be a technical authority and champion. You’ll be:

Communicating with clients to understand their business needs.

Architecting whole solutions and making key design decisions.

Leading Agile teams in methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.


What You’ll Bring:

You will apply your experience to mission-led programmes. You will have skills in a number of the areas below:

Software analysis and reverse engineering.

Operating systems and security architectures.

Virtualisation, emulation and containerisation.

Software from design to delivery in modern IDEs and languages.

Experience in supporting areas is also beneficial, which could include:

AI and ML models and their usage.

Embedded systems, firmware internals and hardware abstractions.

Cloud technologies, including AWS.

Wireless communications and software defined radios.

Location

Romsey – a unique Manor House site near the New Forest and south coast, with on-site parking and gym. A free minibus service runs between Romsey station and the office. Relocation packages are available for suitable candidates.
