We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to become the strategic and operational backbone of the entire marketing function. This isn’t a role where you just sit back and look at spreadsheets; you will own a massive monthly budget and directly steer the growth engine to help hit that €30M EOY target. Your primary mission is simple but crucial: flood the sales pipeline with high-quality leads.
More specifically, you will:
- Take full, end-to-end ownership of the marketing function and a budget exceeding €700,000 per month.
- Define the overarching marketing strategy, priorities, and KPI frameworks across all channels.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team as the company expands.
- Strategically steer media buying and scaling, collaborating closely with the performance marketing team on an ad spend of over €400,000/month.
- Develop a killer creative and content strategy, including robust testing frameworks for ads, the website, and conversion funnels.
- Hold ultimate responsibility for website copy, messaging, and customer journey optimization.
- Supercharge newsletter and email flows, while launching influencer partnerships and personal branding initiatives.
- Plan and execute flawless Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new features and products.
