Imagine a world where small and medium-sized businesses never miss a single customer call, allowing them to actually focus on the craft they love. That is exactly what our client is building. They create cutting-edge AI voice agents that handle every incoming call automatically.

But hold onto your headset, because voice is just the starting line. The grand vision here is to build the world's first fully automated CRM. Operating in the booming B2B artificial intelligence and SaaS sector, they already have over 8,000 customers, more than €5M ARR, and a mind-blowing ~30% monthly growth rate. Their target by the end of the year? A casual €30M.


The company vibe is all about extreme ownership, zero politics, minimal meetings, and direct feedback. You will be building alongside some of the smartest, most ambitious people in Europe.


And your role in this?

We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to become the strategic and operational backbone of the entire marketing function. This isn’t a role where you just sit back and look at spreadsheets; you will own a massive monthly budget and directly steer the growth engine to help hit that €30M EOY target. Your primary mission is simple but crucial: flood the sales pipeline with high-quality leads.


More specifically, you will:

  • Take full, end-to-end ownership of the marketing function and a budget exceeding €700,000 per month.
  • Define the overarching marketing strategy, priorities, and KPI frameworks across all channels.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team as the company expands.
  • Strategically steer media buying and scaling, collaborating closely with the performance marketing team on an ad spend of over €400,000/month.
  • Develop a killer creative and content strategy, including robust testing frameworks for ads, the website, and conversion funnels.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for website copy, messaging, and customer journey optimization.
  • Supercharge newsletter and email flows, while launching influencer partnerships and personal branding initiatives.
  • Plan and execute flawless Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new features and products.

We’re calling you the Growth Architect. You are someone who loves the thrill of scaling but isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when needed.


The Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience under your belt.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale budgets (we’re talking €500,000+ per month total).
  • A deep, almost obsessive understanding of tracking, KPIs, and conversion optimization.
  • A sharp instinct for performance-driven creatives and messaging that actually converts.
  • The rare ability to build a team while maintaining a hands-on, bottleneck-smashing attitude.
  • High standards for speed, quality, and personal ownership.


The Nice-to-Haves:

  • A background in B2B SaaS or fast-paced E-commerce environments.
