ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are an iGaming company with 3+ years of experience, 1,500+ team members, and a portfolio of 11+ successful products in Tier 1โ€“3 markets. We are actively scaling new products and markets, building strong affiliate ecosystems, and strengthening our position within the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join our team and take ownership of high-value player relationships. You will be responsible for retaining and reactivating VIP players, building long-term client relationships, and driving key performance metrics across your portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Retain and reactivate VIP players to maximize lifetime value
  • Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with high-value clients
  • Segment the client base and maintain accurate player profiles
  • Analyze player activity and monitor key performance metrics
  • Work with CRM systems to manage communications and player data
  • Prepare personalized offers and bonus campaigns tailored to individual player needs
  • Communicate with players via phone, email, messengers, and chat

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming
  • Experience with Tier-1 markets is a strong advantage
  • Proactive approach and strong ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-sufficient and responsible โ€” able to work independently
  • Strong client focus and result orientation
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Slack, AI Tools

LANGUAGES

  • Ukrainian or Russian โ€” primary team communication languages
  • English โ€” Upper-Intermediate or Fluent, for direct VIP player communication

WORKING HOURS

19:00 โ€“ 04:00 Kyiv time
