ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join our team and take ownership of high-value player relationships. You will be responsible for retaining and reactivating VIP players, building long-term client relationships, and driving key performance metrics across your portfolio.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Retain and reactivate VIP players to maximize lifetime value
- Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Segment the client base and maintain accurate player profiles
- Analyze player activity and monitor key performance metrics
- Work with CRM systems to manage communications and player data
- Prepare personalized offers and bonus campaigns tailored to individual player needs
- Communicate with players via phone, email, messengers, and chat

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
