Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Cisco and Fortinet network infrastructure
Configure and support firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless technologies
Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues
Provide escalation support for Help Desk and infrastructure incidents
Develop and maintain network documentation, procedures, and standards
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support business objectives
Participate in infrastructure projects and technology initiatives
Assist with maintaining high levels of network availability, security, and performance
Participate in an on-call rotation and support after-hours needs when required
