We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager [Dubai] - Open to Relocations

Alongside Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy (MMC), we continue to expand internationally, supporting both Corporate and Private Clients through specialist financial services and tailored client solutions.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing across both Magna Financial and Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy.

This is a broad, hands-on role with significant ownership and autonomy. As the sole marketing lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth across the group.

Working closely with leadership and the wider business, you will take ownership of the marketing function, helping shape how both brands continue to grow and evolve.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and executing marketing strategies across both businesses.
• Driving brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement initiatives.
• Managing social media channels, content creation, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Owning SEO strategy, website optimisation, keyword research, and organic growth initiatives.

• Managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Producing marketing materials, client communications, newsletters, and market commentary distribution through Mailchimp.
• Supporting website content, digital presence, and brand consistency across the group.
• Planning and coordinating events, incentives, networking opportunities, and marketing initiatives.
• Working closely with Business Development teams to support commercial growth objectives.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing role.

• Strong experience across SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on lead generation and business growth.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with Mailchimp, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools advantageous.
• Financial services, property, or professional services experience advantageous.
