Position Overview

DolFinContent is seeking an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to manage creator campaigns from initial offer through final payment. This role serves as the bridge between creators, brands, and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication remains professional throughout the entire process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about influencer marketing, brand partnerships, project management, and creator relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Present campaign opportunities to creators and secure participation

• Coordinate communication between creators, brands, and internal team members

• Review campaign briefs and communicate deliverables, timelines, and requirements to creators

• Manage campaign timelines, including concepts, drafts, approvals, posting dates, and reporting deadlines

• Collect and submit creator concepts, scripts, drafts, and final deliverables for brand approval

• Follow up with creators to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns remain on track

• Track campaign approvals, revisions, and feedback requests

• Maintain organized records of active campaigns, contracts, deliverables, and payment statuses

• Assist with creator onboarding for new brand partnerships

• Coordinate campaign reporting, analytics collection, and post-campaign wrap-ups

• Monitor invoices, payment statuses, and outstanding receivables

• Work closely with the Talent Recruitment and Brand Partnerships teams to ensure successful campaign execution

• Provide daily updates regarding campaign status, approvals, contracts, and payments

• Support general talent management and campaign operations as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Native or fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) is required

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

• Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, project management tools, or influencer marketing platforms is preferred

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, account management, project coordination, customer success, talent management, or agency operations is highly preferred

• Passion for social media, creator partnerships, and influencer marketing

Compensation

• $500 USD per month
