Our client is an AI recruiting marketplace rebuilding one of the largest, most fragmented markets in the world: hiring. Founded in 2023, they have scaled from $5M to nearly $100M in annual run rate and from 10 to more than 100 people in roughly 18 months, 8x-ing revenue last year. The role
This is the second tenured PM on the team, working shoulder to shoulder with the co-founder/CTO and the founding PM to ship products that reach millions of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. It is a hands-on, high-ownership IC seat: you define the problems, drive execution, and own the outcomes.

- Turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear, measurable problems worth solving.
- Own a product initiative end to end: roadmap, prioritization, sprint planning, issue triage, and backlog.
- Drive launches and ongoing operations in close partnership with Design, Engineering, and Operations.
- Run rapid experiments, form hypotheses, and talk to customers constantly to validate use cases.
- Use data to uncover hidden patterns and answer the questions that move the marketplace.
- Be the glue across functions, synthesizing feedback from customers and internal teams into high quality product.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a PM in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in marketplace dynamics: incentives, network effects, and second-order effects.
- PM experience at a labor marketplace or recruiting software company, or work on AI matching and recommendation systems.
- Strong data skills: experiments, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and comfort with SQL or Metabase.
- A technical background or hands-on engineering experience, enough to go deep with engineers on tradeoffs.
- A first-principles thinker and self-starter who owns outcomes and acts with urgency.

Compensation and benefits
- Base: $150K to $250K
