Job Description
We have an EXCITING opportunity with our Consulting Services division for a results-driven Creative Lead to join our Managed Services team supporting a large retail client starting in August. This role sits on an external agency team led by Creative Circle and is fully remote.
In this position, you'll support a high-volume creative studio delivering both print and digital marketing assets for a national retail brand. As Creative Lead, you will intake client briefs, translate them into clear creative direction, and guide the studio team from concept through execution-ensuring high-quality deliverables while staying within timeline, scope, and budget.
Engagement Details
- Start: August (TBD)
- Location: Fully Remote (CST)
- Hours: 20 hours a week (set hours every day)
- Duration: Through end of year, possibility to extend
- Partner with the Internal Project Manager and Executive Creative Director to define milestones and the overall creative approach.
- Lead the intake of client briefs and guide studio execution from concept through delivery, managing work through approximately 80% completion.
- Provide hands-on creative feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Foster collaboration across the studio team to deliver best-in-class creative work.
- Build and oversee production timelines and workflows to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Manage client feedback and oversee final revisions prior to delivery.
- Participate in status calls and provide regular weekly updates on project progress.
- Oversee asset delivery and maintain accurate project tracking.

- Have a strong creative background in design and/or art direction, along with proven leadership experience. (optional tweak-see note below)
- Demonstrate the ability to translate client briefs into clear, actionable creative direction.
- Bring experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Be familiar with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Workfront, or similar platforms.
- Have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant design tools.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Have access to your own equipment.
