Brand & Project Manager

Pune | Full-time | Relocation Open

About the Role


This role sits at the centre of multiple moving parts within the company. From understanding a client's vision to ensuring smooth execution internally, you will bring projects to life while maintaining clarity, momentum, and attention to detail throughout the process.

You will work closely with founders, designers and clients across a wide range of projects and initiatives.

This role would suit someone who enjoys:

- Taking initiative

- Managing multiple things simultaneously

- Working closely with creative and business teams

- Being deeply involved in execution, not just planning


What You'll Be Involved In


- Owning project communication from initial brief to final delivery —

  serving as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects

- Independently coordinating across design, production, vendors, and clients

  to ensure projects move on time and without gaps

- Creating presentations, product decks, and brand communication material

  — with responsibility over quality and timelines

- Driving content and marketing initiatives across digital platforms with

  clear deliverables

- Maintaining visual and communication consistency across the brand —

  proactively flagging and resolving inconsistencies

- Coordinating product shoots and ensuring new developments are documented

  thoroughly and on schedule

- Managing website and digital hygiene updates with ownership over accuracy

- Handling vendor coordination and custom project execution from brief to

  closure

- Working with internal systems and tools to build processes that improve

- Working knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem and marketing-related tools

  is preferred
