Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead application development initiatives supporting Automobile Sales and Logistics systems within a large enterprise environment. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution across multiple concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile and Waterfall project management experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record delivering enterprise application development projects within complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple application development projects simultaneously across the Automobile Sales and Logistics portfolio

• Forecast, plan, and manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution

• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions across business and IT teams

• Develop business cases, project charters, project plans, and supporting project documentation

• Create and manage change requests, project timelines, test plans, and training materials

• Track project performance and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive-level status reporting

• Create presentations and project updates for senior leadership and executive stakeholders

• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans

• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage vendor relationships and project deliverables

• Coordinate project resources and assign tasks across cross-functional teams

• Partner with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, infrastructure, and enterprise support teams to ensure project alignment

• Support Agile delivery practices while managing hybrid Agile and Waterfall project environments

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required

• 8+ years of experience managing application development projects

• 10+ years of overall IT experience

• Strong experience managing enterprise software development initiatives

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables

• Experience facilitating large-scale business and IT stakeholder meetings

• Strong understanding of SDLC and application development methodologies

• SAFe Agile and Scrum Master experience required

• Experience working within hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments

• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced enterprise environments

• Proficiency with Clarity, Open Workbench, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
