Compensation: $170,000–$220,000 Base Salary + Meaningful Equity

• 4–7 years of experience in production ML/AI engineering
• Demonstrated success deploying and scaling machine learning systems in real-world environments
• Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech AI, or Audio Machine Learning
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• End-to-end ownership of ML products, from architecture and model development to deployment and optimization
• Experience building and scaling products within early-stage startup environments
• Proven architectural leadership and ability to drive technical decision-making
• Proficiency with modern AI development workflows and tools, including Cursor and Claude Code
• Aviation domain expertise is highly desirable
• Prior experience as a Founding ML Engineer is a significant advantage
