🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, oversee technical projects, and drive the successful delivery of software and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to develop high-performing teams, improve engineering processes, and align technology efforts with business objectives.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions

• Define engineering strategies, goals, and technical roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives

• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and leadership teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver business value

• Oversee software development lifecycles, project execution, and engineering best practices

• Drive process improvements, technical excellence, and operational efficiency within engineering teams

• Support architecture decisions, system scalability, performance optimization, and technology modernization efforts

• Manage team performance, career development, coaching, and succession planning initiatives

• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery milestones

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

• Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering best practices

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technology development, or related technical roles

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or managing technical projects preferred

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, and engineering processes

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical initiatives

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
