Penetration Tester (Remote) - AI Model Training

• Payout: $30 - $90 /hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Penetration Tester to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by conducting comprehensive penetration tests and simulated attacks on networks, applications, and systems to uncover vulnerabilities. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, contributing to the development of frontier AI models in the AI and cybersecurity industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests and simulated attacks on networks, applications, and systems to uncover vulnerabilities.

• Perform thorough vulnerability assessments, analyze findings, and prioritize risks based on impact and exploitability.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define testing scopes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Document detailed findings and communicate technical reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Develop actionable remediation strategies and provide expert guidance to teams for implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and risk analysis, with a strong understanding of security protocols and industry standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge to penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.

• Experience with simulation tools and environments, with the ability to design and execute complex penetration tests.
