About The Role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems built on Microsoft technology stacks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both backend and frontend development, with the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architectural design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
• Five or more years of professional experience in enterprise application development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, and design patterns
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API
• Hands-on experience developing front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server, including stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based version control systems
• Proficiency in deploying applications to Azure or AWS cloud environments
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Familiarity with enterprise security standards, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure enterprise web applications and distributed systems
• Build high-performance backend services using .NET Core and ASP.NET Web API, applying best practices in architecture and coding standards
• Implement scalable architecture patterns such as microservices, service-oriented designs, and event-driven workflows
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using frameworks like Angular or React
• Optimize relational database schemas, stored procedures, and complex queries for performance and maintainability
• Create comprehensive architecture and technical design documentation
• Participate in system design discussions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and roadmaps
• Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and identity providers like Azure AD or Okta
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and infrastructure-as-code practices for reliable deployments
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues to ensure operational stability
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural gaps
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality, incremental releases
