I'm Looking for a Lead Software Developer who can present a pre-existing idea for a cryptocurrency application and lead its development over the next 12 months.

As the Lead Software Developer you will not only develop your idea but also have the autonomy to build and lead your own team to help bring your vision to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Present and refine your pre-existing cryptocurrency application idea to the business.
• Lead the development of your application from concept to launch.
• Hire and manage a team to assist in the project.
• Utilise your expertise in application development, ideally with a strong background in blockchain technologies.
• Oversee the project timeline, ensuring milestones are met and the project stays on track.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in application development - Blockchain
• A pre-existing idea for a cryptocurrency application that you are able to present to the business
• Ability to lead and manage a development team.
• Strong knowledge of Crypto
• Ability to work in a global team environment, with excellent communication skills.
