Key Highlights

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (US-based; travel required)

Compensation: $176K – $224K base (OTE: $220K – $280K) + equity

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, scope POCs, and conduct evaluations to determine optimal model architectures
  • Build and deploy end-to-end POCs and production integrations within customer environments
  • Advise on model selection, fine-tuning strategies (SFT, DPO, RFT), and evaluation frameworks
  • Manage enterprise stakeholders, align technical champions, and navigate organizational dynamics

Required Experience
  • 3+ years in customer-facing AI/ML roles (Field Engineering, Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, etc.)
  • Proven experience shipping production AI/ML systems within customer environments
  • Hands-on experience with LLM inference, fine-tuning, and deployment
  • Experience running full pre-sales cycles (discovery → POC → production)
  • Background in fast-paced AI/ML or infrastructure-focused environments



Technical Skills
  • Strong experience with LLM serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM)
  • Solid Python programming and Kubernetes expertise
  • Experience with fine-tuning methodologies (SFT required; DPO/RFT a plus)
  • Familiarity with GPU optimization for LLM workloads
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)



Soft Skills
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience navigating enterprise environments and decision cycles



Additional Requirements
