Job Description
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst for an immediate contract opportunity supporting a growing US-based organization. This is a fully remote position with the potential to extend beyond the initial 3 month term.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in digital marketing performance reporting, campaign analysis, and business intelligence tools. You'll work closely with marketing stakeholders to provide insights that drive acquisition, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.
About the Role
- Location: Mainly remote work but the successful candidate must be located in Alberta due to some in person requirements. Applicants that are not located in Alberta will not be contacted.Â
- Duration:Â 3 month contract with potential for extension
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MSTÂ
- Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics
- Monitor website and campaign performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
- Support marketing teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
- Work with stakeholders to improve data visibility and reporting processes
- Assist with campaign measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and validate data accuracy
- Support ongoing projects related to analytics and marketing performance

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, ecommerce analytics, or a similar analytical role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, conversion metrics, CAC, ROAS, and website performance
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI is required
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or marketing data platforms is considered an asset
