Senior/Expert Frontend Engineer (React & TypeScript)

Salary: Senior 1000-1400 PLN/MD (B2B) | Expert 1400-1800 PLN/MD (B2B)

Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week from the office in Southern Sweden). During the first 3 months, commuting is possible, and travel costs will be covered as business travel expenses. Relocation to Sweden will be required afterwards.

Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Expert Frontend Engineer (React & TypeScript) to join a team responsible for building developer platforms, APIs and web-based solutions used by developers around the world.

This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering. You will lead a small team of developers while actively contributing to architecture, design and implementation of modern frontend applications and developer tools. Working closely with product, design and engineering stakeholders, you will help deliver innovative web experiences and shape the future of developer-facing solutions.

• Designing, developing and maintaining scalable applications using React and TypeScript

• Driving technical decisions, architecture discussions and code quality initiatives
• Collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver new features
• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into reliable technical solutions
• Building and improving developer-facing APIs, SDKs and tooling for the web platform
  
  

Expected knowledge and skills

• +8 years of commercial experience in frontend software development
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a professional environment
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend architecture patterns
• Experience designing and integrating with APIs and distributed systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), mapping platforms, spatial visualization systems, or location-based applications is a plus.
