Job Description

Braun Management works with executive teams across Europe to solve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix. We provide rigorous analysis and honest, evidence-backed conclusions to help leadership teams navigate the complexities of structural change and decision rights.

The Role
We are currently supporting a leading German logistics and infrastructure provider as they work through a period of organizational restructuring. This Junior Frontend Developer position exists to build and maintain the internal digital tools our consultants use to communicate these changes. You will help create clear, functional interfaces that visualize complex data regarding workforce structures and operational friction. This is a fully remote role where your primary focus will be on ensuring that our data-driven insights are presented with precision and clarity. Your work will bridge the gap between our analytical findings and the practical tools our clients use to track their progress.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Translate wireframes and functional descriptions into clean, accessible code for internal dashboards.
  • Collaborate with our consulting team to build data visualization components that reflect client organizational structures.
  • Document your code and development processes thoroughly to ensure long-term maintainability.
  • Perform basic testing and debugging to ensure interfaces work reliably across different browser environments.
  • Assist in the update of digital assets used in executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Provide support for internal tools that track accountability and decision rights for our client projects.
  • Participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to our internal standards.

What We Are Looking For
  • A solid understanding of core frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • A preference for clear, functional design over complex visual effects or unnecessary animations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision in your technical work.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly through written documentation.
  • An interest in learning about complex business systems and how organizations function.
  • Self-discipline to manage tasks effectively in a fully remote workspace.
  • Willingness to receive and act upon direct, evidence-backed feedback from the team.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.

How We Work
Braun Management is a remote organization that values asynchronous communication and deep focus. We rely on written documentation rather than frequent meetings to share ideas and progress. This culture requires every team member to be an effective writer and a disciplined self-manager. We avoid the typical noise of corporate environments and instead prioritize clear thinking and honest, professional dialogue. Our work is often sensitive and involves difficult conversations about structural reform, so we maintain a high standard of accountability and precision in everything we produce.

What We Offer
  • Permanent, full-time employment with a focus on long-term stability and professional growth.
  • A fully remote work environment that allows you to manage your own workspace.
  • Attractive and competitive pay that is well-suited for entry-level developers in the current market.
  • Practical experience working on high-level projects for major industrial and logistics organizations.
  • A professional atmosphere that values quiet, focused work and intellectual rigor.
  • Access to mentorship from both technical leads and experienced management consultants.

By joining our team, you will contribute to the technical foundation that allows us to solve intricate organizational puzzles for our clients. Your ability to build clear and reliable interfaces will help turn our analysis into a practical path forward for leadership teams. This role is essential for ensuring that structural truths are visible and actionable, leading to meaningful change within the organizations we serve.
