  • Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Working with third-party suppliers and support providers
  • Participating in an on-call rota and occasional planned out-of-hours maintenance

Key Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role
  • Experience working within an enterprise IT environment
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and services
  • Experience with VMware and/or Proxmox
  • Microsoft Windows Server administration (2022/2025)
  • Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Good understanding of networking concepts including ACLs, NAT, and VPN technologies
  • Experience with backup solutions, ideally Veeam

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned services

Nice to Have

  • Switch administration (Cisco or Meraki)
  • Monitoring platforms such as Grafana or vROps
  • Infrastructure automation tools including Terraform or Ansible
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience working within regulated environments such as PCI-DSS

Package & Benefits

  • €45,000–€50,000 salary depending on experience
  • Private medical insurance
  • Dental cover
  • 24 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • Fully remote working (Malta-based)
  • Optional office access
  • Flexible working environment

Why Apply?
