Are you a systems thinker who builds operational infrastructure from the ground up — and takes pride in the clarity, reliability, and trust that great systems create? Command C — a women-led ecommerce development and optimization agency with 20+ years of experience and one of the first twelve Shopify Plus partner agencies — is looking for a Director of Operations to own how their boutique team runs.

🎯 What you'll own:

The full operational architecture of the agency — project management systems, automations, documentation standards, business reporting, people operations, client onboarding infrastructure, and internal communications. You're not executing within systems; you're the one who builds and owns them.

This is a 60% strategic / 40% tactical role with a structured 90-day transition alongside the outgoing Director of Operations.

✅ What they're looking for:

• Operations experience in a client-facing, service-based, or agency environment
• Deep ClickUp expertise — you architect spaces, workflows, and templates, not just use them
• Strong Zapier proficiency across simple and complex multi-step automations
• AI-forward mindset — you actively find ways to apply AI to improve clarity and efficiency
• Strong process design, documentation, and reporting skills
• Sound judgment in ambiguity — you make calm, considered operational decisions

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication
